Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published by 188ph:

• "188ph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 188ph.cam, operating under applicable PAGCOR licensing requirements in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 188ph website at 188ph.cam, all associated mobile-optimized pages, progressive web application functionality, and any software or services made available through that domain.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 188ph Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a User on the Platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, bonus credits, and personal information.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to: live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Color Game), slot games, fishing games, online sabong, and sports betting markets.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's 188ph Account, including real-money deposits, withdrawable winnings, and non-withdrawable bonus credits, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Credits" means non-cash promotional value added to an Account subject to wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, currently subject to self-exclusion on the Platform, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing online gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations before a User may process withdrawals from the Platform.
• "Philippine Business Day" means any day from Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine national public holidays, during which normal banking operations are conducted in the Philippines.

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 188ph Platform for real-money gaming is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations governing all casino gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines. Users who are below 21 years of age are expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on the Platform. 188ph enforces this requirement through mandatory government-issued ID verification during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age shall be suspended immediately, and any funds held therein shall be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory directives.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 188ph Platform is operated and licensed for the Philippine market. Users are responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 188ph makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and are not eligible to use the Platform's real-money features.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the 188ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single User, whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or other identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Account Security Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. Users must not share their login credentials with any third party. 188ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account. Users must notify 188ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their Account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account on 188ph, a User must provide a valid Philippine mobile telephone number, a chosen password meeting the Platform's minimum security requirements, and must confirm their agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the 188ph Privacy Policy. Users may optionally provide an email address, which is recommended to facilitate account recovery. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current at all times.

3.2 KYC Verification Procedure

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 188ph requires all Users to complete KYC verification in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering and player protection requirements. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, PRC License, Voter's ID, or PhilSys National ID);
• A selfie photograph of the User holding the submitted ID document beside their face; and
• Any additional documentation that 188ph may reasonably request to satisfy its regulatory verification obligations.

188ph reserves the right to request supplementary verification documentation at any time and to temporarily restrict withdrawal functionality pending completion of verification. KYC review is ordinarily completed within two (2) to four (4) hours during standard business hours.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

Users warrant that all information provided to 188ph during registration and throughout their use of the Platform is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Users must promptly update their Account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

188ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI (via InstaPay and PesoNet), BDO (via InstaPay and PesoNet), Metrobank (via InstaPay and PesoNet), 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash-in, and other methods as may be added from time to time and displayed in the 188ph cashier. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). 188ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. 188ph reserves the right to impose additional deposit verification requirements for large deposits in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered in the depositing User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts or instruments registered in the User's own name, matching the identity verified during KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay are ordinarily settled within one (1) hour on Philippine Business Days. PesoNet transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. 188ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times. 188ph does not charge withdrawal fees, though payment providers may impose their own charges.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

188ph complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended, and all regulations issued by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. 188ph is required to report suspicious transactions and to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns. Users are prohibited from using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any financial transactions connected to criminal activity. 188ph cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all investigations involving potential financial crimes.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

188ph offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion in the User's Account dashboard. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits awarded by 188ph are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means the User must wager a total of ₱30,000 before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable). Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Unfulfilled bonus credits at the expiry of their validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.

5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game types contribute at different rates toward the fulfillment of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino table games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Color Game) may contribute at a lower rate, typically between 10% and 25% per wager. The exact contribution rates for any given promotion are specified in that promotion's individual terms. Users should review contribution rates before selecting games to fulfill wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

188ph reserves the right to void bonus credits, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close any Account where the User is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, participating in any coordinated scheme to exploit promotional offers, or providing false information to obtain bonus eligibility. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of 188ph, and decisions are final.

5.5 One Bonus Per Account

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer once per Account. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available only to newly registered Users making their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility for promotions is verified automatically against the Account's transaction and bonus history.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live (RNG-based) casino games offered on the 188ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator software that produces statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. 188ph engages independent technical testing agencies to audit and certify the RNG systems used on the Platform. Live dealer games are played with real physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) managed by trained dealers in licensed gaming studios — no RNG is involved in the outcome of live dealer games.

6.2 Bets and Wagers

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 188ph gaming system, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or reversed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details, including stake amounts and game selections, before confirming any wager. In the event of a system error that results in the acceptance of an invalid wager, 188ph reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the wagered amount to the User's Account balance.

6.3 Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or any interruption that affects the integrity of a game round or the accurate recording of its outcome, 188ph reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and return all wagers to the relevant Users' Accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the applicable principle for technical failures on the 188ph Platform. 188ph shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from system malfunctions beyond the return of affected wager amounts.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on 188ph are subject to individual market rules applicable to each sport and event type, including rules governing event postponement, abandonment, player withdrawal, and result confirmation. Users should review the applicable market rules before placing sports wagers. 188ph reserves the right to suspend, void, or amend betting markets where there is evidence of market manipulation, match-fixing, or result corruption.

Users of the 188ph Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Accessing or using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identifiers;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or collusion in any game or betting market on the Platform;
• Using the Platform to conduct money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Circumventing, attempting to circumvent, or assisting others in circumventing the Platform's security, account verification, responsible gaming, or geolocation controls;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Using third-party funds to deposit or wager on the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes fraud, theft, deception, or misrepresentation directed at 188ph or other Platform Users;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 188ph staff or other Users through any communication channel.

188ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Gaming on the 188ph Platform is intended to be a form of entertainment. Users are encouraged to approach gaming with a clear budget and a time limit, and to treat losses as the cost of entertainment rather than a financial problem to be recovered.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools Available to Users

All 188ph Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming controls, which can be activated or modified through Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum deposit amounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory seventy-two (72) hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per session, day, week, or month. The account's gaming features become temporarily inaccessible when the limit is reached until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic session expiry after a specified number of continuous gaming hours.
• Reality Check Notifications: Opt-in to periodic pop-up notifications displaying the current session duration and net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary gaming break (ranging from twenty-four hours to six months) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and across all gaming categories on the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Temporary exclusions cannot be lifted before the specified expiry date.

8.2 Age Verification and Minor Protection

188ph strictly prohibits access to real-money gaming features by persons under 21 years of age. Government-issued ID verification is required for all accounts before withdrawal privileges are activated. Users who are aware of minors attempting to access the Platform are encouraged to contact 188ph support immediately.

8.3 Problem Gambling Support

PAGCOR provides responsible gaming resources and support services for Filipino players experiencing gaming-related harm.

All content published on the 188ph Platform, including but not limited to: the 188ph brand name, logo, and visual identity; website design, layout, and user interface elements; game names, descriptions, and promotional materials; written content, graphics, illustrations, and audiovisual materials — is the property of 188ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international intellectual property treaties.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User acquires any ownership rights in any Platform content by virtue of their use of the Platform. Users are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 188ph.

The trademarks, service marks, and trade names of third-party game providers and payment service providers displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those parties beyond the scope of their respective commercial arrangements with 188ph.

188ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at 188ph.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account on 188ph, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

188ph processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Users have the right to access, correct, delete, or port their personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, subject to applicable exceptions for regulatory compliance and legal obligations. Requests to exercise data subject rights should be directed to 188ph's data protection contact at [email protected].

User data may be disclosed to PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine government authorities as required by applicable law or regulatory directive. 188ph will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit Users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188ph's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the Platform — regardless of the legal basis of the claim (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) — shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that User to their 188ph Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

188ph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive in nature:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings arising from system malfunction, communication failure, or technical errors;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Losses arising from a User's use of the Platform in violation of these Terms;
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Losses arising from events beyond 188ph's reasonable control, including force majeure events, acts of government or regulatory authority, natural disasters, or widespread telecommunications or power failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct by 188ph.

188ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where any amendment materially affects Users' rights or obligations, 188ph will endeavor to provide advance notice via in-app notification, SMS to registered mobile numbers, or email to registered email addresses at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

The current version of these Terms, as indicated by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, shall at all times constitute the binding agreement between 188ph and its Users. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Users who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through the standard account management process.

188ph may amend these Terms with immediate effect where required by changes in applicable law, regulatory directives from PAGCOR or other applicable authorities, or urgent security requirements, without the requirement of advance notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the 188ph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. Users should submit dispute notifications in writing to 188ph's support team via the live chat or email channel, specifying the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. 188ph will respond to dispute submissions within five (5) Philippine Business Days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to mediation under the rules of the Philippine Mediation Center Office of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. If mediation does not result in resolution, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Disputes relating to the fairness of specific game outcomes that involve certified RNG or live dealer equipment shall be reviewed by 188ph's technical team and, where the User remains unsatisfied, may be referred to the relevant game provider's dispute resolution process or to PAGCOR for regulatory review.

Notices submitted through informal channels (e.g., live chat) do not constitute formal legal notice for the purposes of these Terms.
